Nice to meet you!

👋 Hi, I’m Lisa, a freelance event and project manager with heart and conviction. Every project is as unique to me as my clients – which is why I focus on tailored solutions, maximum motivation, and full commitment. With passion and energy, I bring projects to a successful conclusion.

Since 2023, I’ve been self-employed, supporting companies, agencies, associations, organizations, and other exciting partners – leveraging my organizational skills and hands-on mentality. My passion lies in planning and executing diverse, often complex events and projects, with a focus on cultural, international, and network-strengthening formats.

Originally from Vorarlberg, I enjoy working location-independently and have lived and worked in cities such as Taipei and Buenos Aires. I combine professional growth with discovering new cultures and learning languages. Thanks to this flexibility, I am always ready to travel or work on-site for collaborations.

🎯 My portfolio ranges from charity events, multi-day cultural festivals, and international congresses to hybrid and virtual events, workshops, product launches, press conferences, and team-building formats. Beyond classic event formats, I also bring project management expertise that goes beyond events.

💼 I take full responsibility for projects – from strategic planning and conceptualization to managing interdisciplinary teams, operational execution, budget control, and evaluation. Efficient organization and transparent communication allow me to implement complex projects even under pressure.

Shaped by international experience, I bring intercultural sensitivity. In addition to German, I speak fluent English and Dutch, have good knowledge of Spanish, and basic Chinese skills. People are always at the center of my work – with empathy and appreciation, I connect different perspectives and lead teams to shared goals.

🎓 Currently, alongside my self-employment, I am pursuing a second Master’s in International Business Administration at the University of Vienna to build bridges between different cultures, markets, and ways of working, making international collaboration more effective.
